The staff are very kind. The coffee comes with one of their little 'home made' chocolates - lovely.
The cafe does get busy coz it is so nice but it is bigger than it looks so even on a busy day it is wroth a try.
I drink decaf coffee which really needs an extra shot to make it taste good.
I can recommend the sandwiches, particularly the roast veg sandwich and the cakes are lovely.
There are steps into the cafe so access can be difficult for 'wobbly' people and impossible for wheel chairs ;0(
If there is one down side for everyone it is that thete is only one loo for the cafe.
Enjoy

This is the perfect place to go for a real treat, the latte was one of the best I've had in a long time, loved the large window to the kitchen where you can watch the food being prepared & the chocolates hand made! Yes, a little pricey but well in line with other cafés or coffee houses in Wendover, we really enjoyed sitting outside & watching the world go by whilst drinking good coffee & eating tasty cake!, the staff were lovely, & the service excellent. Very pleased to support a local business too!

Wendover has many cafes but Rumseys is well worth a visit. Lovely sandwiches and snacks. Delicious cakes and of course the wonderful chocolates.
Staff are very accommodating, professional and helpful. If the weather allows there is some outside space to watch the world go by. Sadly inside is very cramped but worth the squeeze to enjoy the offerings.

It's nice to have a light lunch in an independent venue, instead of a chain.

I was on my own and enjoyed a comfy corner of the cafe. The staff were excellent - friendly and efficient.

The roast veg sandwich was on wonderfully soft brown bread, with freshly roasted veg and a little pot of homemade coleslaw on the side. It was delicious.

I had an espresso with ice cream and a chocolate on the side, which felt very decadent and was also delicious.

I've heard it's a bit pricey here, but it's not totally extravagant, and in my opinion it's well worth it.
