I stayed just one night, for the business trip. Hotel is near Italian border in the quite place near the forest. Room was very big and clean, food in the restaurant very good, delicious dinner buffet, stuff was very polite and professional, specially I would like to thanks Mrs. Gabriela from the front desk. I can recommend this hotel to my friends and business partners.

We stayed for a week beggining of March. The hotel is on the quite place near the forest. To the nearest shops cca 1km. Not far to Italian boarder. We were very satisfied with the service in the hotel, the food was excellent and the range of the all inclusive drinks is sufficient. Also the welnnes area is very pleasant. However for someone who likes to spent a relaxed stay at the swimming pool,it is not recomended. Naturally they are lot of childern there. The rooms are keeping clean and tidy every day, they have nice view (especially the upper floors). Only problem we had was the quallity of extra beds. They creaked the whole night.
The skibuss goes at 8:20, 8:58 and 10:20 to the Hochpustertallbahnen, to Sexten Dolomiten only at 9:20. No delays

Room tip: The wifi conection is possible only for one device of the room.

We spent two nights in this hotel in July 2015.
Room: The room was rather basic, but had enough space for 3 people. Surprisingly there was no heated towel rail in the bathroom. There are also no electric sockets near the beds.
Location: The hotel is surrounded by mountains and the views are really magnificent. There are several supermarkets in 5 mins drive distance.
Breakfast and dinner: the hotel offers only half-board and I have to say that the restaurant is really good.
Parking: Free huge parking around the hotel.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Internet: Wi-fi connection was average and only one device at a time for one room.
Overall: This is a very good hotel close to mountains and ski resorts, offering great dinners and breakfasts.

Unfortunately after being tin this hotel 6 times over last 9 years I must say that quality of the service has been DRASTICALLY decreased. Food selection is very poor as well as range of offered alcohols.
Italian service does not impress at all with one VERY VERY POSITIVE exemption who is Magda from Poland. All reward should go to her.
I guess this was my last time there which I feel scheme as it was nice family hotel. Don't recommend.

We have never felt so great and so spoiled in any other hotels before! The staff is polite, qualified and friendly, speaking several languages (thank you, Gyorgy, you were great!), the rooms are extremely clean and large, the pool is great and with water tobbogan- a delight for children-, the food is tasty and diversified, the price includes all sorts of things that one would normally pay for in other locations ( sledges, drinks at the evening meal, babysitting etc.). The MINICLUB is a funny and enjoyable place, my child has had the time of her life playing with Ignazio and the other children and came back with a lot of souvenirs and good memories( Briana sends lots of kisses to you, Ignazio, by the way! Thank you for the fun!!!!) The location is absolutely PERFECT! Congratulations to the entire staff, we really hope to come back to your hotel soon!!!
