Tenuta Chiudendone is firmly at the top of favourite holiday locations. The hosts Francesco and Isabella are amazing hosts and made me and my family feel at home.

The location was central to all the favourite locations to visit, with all the maximum journey being 1hr30 from the villa; if you want to explote Tuscany, a hire car is a must, and the villa has sufficient space to facilitate parking for both villas.

The villa itself was amazing; we had the upper apartment which offered amazing views across both valleys. Spacious, clean and fully equipped, we had everything we required at our disposal. Isabella even provided age appropriate games for our daughters. The pool, although cold (it was April) was a delight, and the views across the infinity pool added to the total feeling of relaxation.

My only critisim, was our choice of dates; if we travelled later in the year, we could have seen the farm in full flow with the vast olive trees and vines in fruit. If we could have stayed longer, we would have done so, and would have taken part in one of the experiences that they offer on site.

I will, and have already recommended this villa to my friends and family, and when I visit Tuscany again, I will stay here.

We have stayed at this wonderful Airbnb several times and love it. Francesco and Isabella are wonderful hosts and the views are spectacular. Francesco offers his knowledge of the Tuscan wines and they have tours of their very own amazing wine along with cooking classes where you can pick your own vegetables and enjoy cooking them. It’s truly a unique Tuscan Experience and we highly recommend it’s peaceful tranquil atmosphere to unwind away from the tourists in Florence. It’s a special place we will visit again and again for years to come!

We stayed in the ground floor apartment for a week at the end of September. We couldn't have been made more welcome ...even after we ran over Ombu's ( the resident Weiramaner) foot on our arrival!!! He was so excited to meet our Weiramaner; fortunately he was absolutely fine and Francesco (the owner) was so kind to say that it was his own fault ! The whole property is enclosed by fencing meaning the dogs could roam around the property to their hearts content. The pool area was fabulous and the weather kind to us given the time of year. We had a Tuscan chef cook for us one evening in the villa which was lovely and an evening with a white truffle meal done cookery school style in our hosts villa ...fantastic. The villa is beautifully furnished and affords stunning views and sunsets. I almost don't want to write this as I would like to keep the place a secret.....but that wouldn't be fair to Francesco or to trip adviser readers.

We spent the day at Agriturismo Tenuta Chiudendone as part of an experience day they offer.
We were able to explore the vineyards, crops and learn about agricultural life in Tuscany. We then enjoyed a fabulous dinner and were able to use the pool and surrounding gardens afterwards.
We had the most fantastic day, the group we joined were an amazing and diverse bunch and Isabella and Francesco are the most warm and friendly hosts you will ever meet.
We will defintely be back!

This was the perfect place to stay. It was our first visit to Tuscany, and we absolutely loved it. From the Tenuta you can explore the whole region, but you really will want to just stay and enjoy the gorgeous views, walk along the paths around the house, read a book by the fire (swimming pool is beautiful, but was closed for the winter)... Isabella and Francesco are wonderful hosts, we felt right at home. We stayed in the Modigliani apartment (downstairs), which was perfect for our family of four. Super well appointed and modern kitchen. Great wine and olive oil from the farm as a welcome gift. You have everything you need to have the most pleasant stay. We will definitely plan another visit in the future.
