Stayed at Roebuck Inn with 2 other couples for one night. A small traditional town centre public house with rooms. The rooms, which are located in a refurbished extension at rear of property, are modern, clean and well presented. Our room, which was Room 2, was located on the ground floor and was a little on the small side with an ensuite shower room. Limited parking is located at the rear of the property via a narroway archway. The bed was very comfortable and we did not experience any noise from either the pub or the adjoining properties. Breakfast is served in the bar and was a good traditional Englsh breakfast with the usual accompaniments.

Overall we were very happy with our stay at the Roebuck Inn and would stay again.

Room Tip: Try and ask for the family room, it is larger

I just needed a place to stop and spend the night and I found this gem! This is newly built in a refurbished older stone structure. Everything is super clean and modern. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and even adjustable. The landlady was very friendly and welcoming. Had dinner and breakfast in the pub at the front of the building and both were very yummy! And, I only spent 35 pounds for both the bed and breakfast!... Best value-for-dollar place I have ever found. Parking is free and out front.
