Wonderful staff and a great experience. The roof spa is fabulous with astonishing views of the entire valley and Dolomites!! Highly recommend for business or pleasure. Breakfast was well done with lots of options.
What a Fabulous Hotel! Everything was just perfect, from the room, to the food, to the staff. We loved it so much we have booked again for next year! We really could not fault the hotel. We stayed in the Dolomites room, it is spacious and very comfortable. The food choices were superb and the qualify was exceptional. I would 100% recommend choosing the 3/4 option, you will not be disappointed! The treks/tours that the hotel lay on are a wonderful bonus. The guide Maria was lovely! And the waitressing and bar staff were also so attentive and friendly. I would say this has to be one of the best hotels that we have stayed in! Cannot wait to go back next year!
Wonderful welcome when we arrived with the person behind the reception desk walking us up to our room after giving us all the details. Spacious, comfortable room with wonderful views and lots of daylight. Beautiful spa area open to all with the rooftop spa/whirlpool and its views a big hit. Lovely spots to relax and enjoy the amazing views on that level also. Enjoyed our time at the bar for cappuccinos in the morning and spritzs in the afternoon. Breakfasts were very ample and delicious for our days spent hiking. Dinner was 5-course meal and very fun.

Amazing room, the suite had and outstanding bathroom so with our little kids we could enjoy it without going to the pool or spa area.
Excellent dinner, really good quality and great attention of the waitress in serving the courses having focused on the need of the kids. Breakfast was also very good.
We enjoyed also the care of the staff, and the possibility to make online check in is super, so at the arrival it was already accomplished. Very appreciated also that once we went off the car at the arrival, there was a person who helped us immediately we all the luggages till the room.
An excellent hotel we we neve felt "alone".
