Good option for a stop over in Barcelona near the airport. Shuttle should be better indicated. There was a noise a couldn't identified coming from outside. I appreciatee opening the windows and that the AC was off.

Lousy guest treatment by receptionists

Nice rooms.
Good breakfast. Dinner was ok but to expensive (poor cost/benefit relation).
Terrible guest assistance. The receptionists, specially the manager, seem to despise their guests as they were unpleasant in almost every interaction. For example, I asked for late check out at 13h (normal check our at 12h) , but been told that it would be impossible since the hotel was fully booked, which was obviously not the case. After some debate I’ve been told that with an extra 15,00€ I could have it eventually.
There’s lack of commitment and sympathy among staff which made it all an unpleasant experience.

Nice, clean and good located if flying from Barcelona aeroport. Reception open 24h/7.Very attentive and caring staff. Restaurant open till late. Shuttle to the aeroport availiable by request.Thank you.

Personel +++++ , really helpful and they go out of their way to really make you comfortable
Bed +++++ really comfy with big pillows and clean and very well make
Room +++++ everything spotless and awesome, only one thing was there is 99.5% spanish speaking channels and I had to really look for english speaking, and only found news, would been awesome as it claims its "satelite" that it would have more english speaking channels.
Bathroom and shower +++++ everything was awesome and good wamrth and pressure
Only one bad thing, that is the 12 euro breakfast, for 12 euro youd think it was continental breakfast, but it was very little, it was sparse, barely enough to call it breakfast and definately not worth the 12 euros.
Room tip: close to airport, shuttle every 30 mins

We have stayed at this hotel many times as a convenient layover to and from Menorca. It has recently changed ownership. Previously we stayed here not because the hotel was remarkable, it was just average, but because it was one of the closest to the airport and had some of the best shuttle service. Well no more. The shuttle service has limited hours and it turns out that taxis to/from the airport (at least from) charge a minimum of 20E. All this to go about 3 km! So for us, we'll have to pay about 40E extra to make our flights.
They state that the limitation on the shuttle is listed on their website, but third party providers may not have updated this change.

I have to stay for an entire day because of a flight cancellation. Probably the only one that close to the airport with shuttle service. Cost/quality relation is really good. It is a +20 years hotel but greatly upgraded. Staff was friendly and responsive, although room service wasn't working (I had to come down to the lobby to order). Food was surprisingly good. I also loved the sustainability efforts: no single use items, compostable utensils, etc. Very good choice!
