Good breakfast. Dinner was ok but to expensive (poor cost/benefit relation).
Terrible guest assistance. The receptionists, specially the manager, seem to despise their guests as they were unpleasant in almost every interaction. For example, I asked for late check out at 13h (normal check our at 12h) , but been told that it would be impossible since the hotel was fully booked, which was obviously not the case. After some debate I’ve been told that with an extra 15,00€ I could have it eventually.
There’s lack of commitment and sympathy among staff which made it all an unpleasant experience.
