As soon as you walked into the hotel, it smelt really clean and fresh. We had a friendly welcome at reception and were offered a discounted breakfast rate which we took. Our rooms were lovely and very well equipped. The beds were really comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely and modern and clean.
We enjoyed the different seating areas in the hotel, from the chairs and tables, to comfy seats, to tables with workstations, and also the outside space with comfy sofas and chairs. Although part of this is under renovation it did not affect our enjoyment of the area.
The breakfast was plentiful and there was a lot of choice. Good value for money
The lunches and dinner were very good, although one of our party sent a meal of veal back as it was tough, but they were very good and provided another meal and took the veal off our bill.
All the staff throughout were very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If anyone has a negative review of this place, please disregard it. People spend so much time whining about the most petty elements they can think of; likely in an effort to get something for free as compensation for their non-existent troubles. Pathetic.
My family and I stayed one night here during a 20 or so hour layover and it was perfect for our needs.
Firstly, allow me to say that every single individual we encountered could not have been more pleasant and easy to work with. From (both) shuttle driver(s), to the front desk staff, to the kind folks working at the restaurant and breakfast. They are all clearly on the same page with regard to customer service and warm cordiality. They all clearly take pride in what they do. And that's what makes the difference.
The room itself was minimally decorated and I have no problem with that whatsoever. It was clean, chic, and without excessive (and often times downright ugly) corporate hotel décor. You all know exactly what I mean.
I enjoyed their commitment to the environment and water conservation, as per the in-room signage giving such relevant information.
My wife and kids enjoyed the dinner in the evening. I didn't really partake. I came down, picked off a plate or two (delicious!) and went back to bed.
Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. There really is something for everyone. One must exercise self control. It was lovely.
The trips to and from the airport in the passenger van, were both comfortable, quick and efficient.
I'd just like to say that international travel with a 2 year old and a 6 year old can be pretty stressful. Especially when said children just finished 11.5 hours on an airplane to begin with. The entire staff of this hotel made it a pleasurable and relaxing/recuperating sort of layover and for that, I am grateful. Thank you. Thank you-thank you-thank you.
