We were between 24.06.2017 and 04.07.2017 for the second time at Kaloudis Apartments in Dassia. First time we were in September 2016. We came back for the exceptional nice place, for the exceptional good services which are well above the standard for the money you pay and for the most suitable location to visit more than half of Corfu island!!
The owner, Mrs. Fotini, is really helpful with all the information about Corfu and places to go on the island. Known and hidden ones.
The garden of the property is one of the most beautiful and rich I have ever saw!
The cleanliness and equipment you find in the apartments (we have stayed in Magnolia and Peony apartments) are to be noted. Also the sheet and towels are changed often than to a 4* hotel (every 2 days the towels, every 3 days the sheets).
From the location you can reach almost every beach or place of interest on Corfu (of course if you have a car at your disposal) so .. all together makes a very good place to be chosen for the vacation.

One improvement to be done: the connection to Internet. WiFi inside is OK, but internet connection suffers. THIS IS NOT the fault of the owner. It is the operator to be blamed. I know the owner did a lot of efforts to improve it.

Thank you Mrs. Fotini!! Keep it like this!

Room Tip: All the rooms are quiet (considering the respect that your neighbors should pay for it).

The Kaloudis apartments and studios are a lovely hidden spot. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bath. The apartment was super clean, and well stocked.

One night it was cold and rainy and Fotini, our hostess, helped gather ingredients together to make soup, including fresh rosemary.

For us it was the perfect spot. Short walks to the beach, town, or great bakery. Kaloudis was a sweet home away from home.

(For super quiet at night close the windows and shutters otherwise you will hear the taverna up the hill)

Kaloudis Apartments and Studios is family run. The apartments are clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious and look out onto lovely gardens which you can use. The owner is extremely pleasant and helpful.

Dassia beach, supermarkets and restaurants are within five minutes walk. The apartments are well located to explore the island. There is a frequent and cheap bus service or a car can be hired at a reasonable price.

Room Tip: Down stairs apartments have very large patios, upstairs studios have large balcony

We stayed here for a night as we were travelling on to Paxos.
The appt was clean, spacious and well equipped, with little touches such as tea lights , chocolates and water in the fridge, that made it welcoming.
Air con in lounge and bedroom which was much needed in the heat and good wifi signal.
We enjoyed a stroll down to the beach, which was a 5 min walk away. And there was a few restaurants and places for cocktails nearby.
We enjoyed a breakfast, with supplies from the local supermarket, on our lovely balcony.
Perhaps not loads to do in the immediate area, however I understand there is a bus service into other towns and trips to other islands - we were only here for a night so didnt get an opportunity to explore.
But this appt was excellent for our needs - clean - lovely grounds - friendly staff.
