Arrived late - they were waiting for me. Nice clean well appointed rooms. Great for an overnight stay. A little dated but quite which is what everyone wants. Non smoking building. I appreciated the small fridge and am looking forward to a Keurig in the morning. Microwave in room as well.

Good clean motel for a nights stay. Little outdated, but clean and a hot shower. Restaurant on site , and close to others as well. Great for bikers, as there is a covered canopy out front that you can use to keep bikes out of the weather.

We were 14 guys on a golf weekend. We booked in advance but had to make some minor changes ( one guy cancelled, got a new guy, one wanted his own room) all requests done right away and weekend was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in friendly and helpful. Their dining room is nice looking and the food is great. Lots of parking, well laid out, they welcome families, travellers and provide a secure monitored area if you are a motorcyclist.
All the guys were happy with their stay and we will be back next year.

I stayed here for one night and had a ground-floor room which was quiite large and which was accessed either by a door from an internal corridor or a patio door opening onto the rear car park - very convenient for unloading/loading. Everything was clean and in good condition and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet.I did, however, find that all the lamps had low-wattage bulbs, which no doubt keeps the fuel bills down but which made it uncomfortably dim. Staff were polite and helpful. I would stay here again.

Room tip: Rooms at rear are quieter and those at the rear on the ground floor have direct access to car park.

Espanola is a wasteland when it comes to hotel / motel accommodation. There are no trustworthy, name-brand hotels in this town.

This property has friendly staff, and is relatively clean. It's not very well maintained - the air conditioner in my room was as noisy as an Atlas-Copco air compressor, and it dripped water all over the carpeted floor. The decor is kind of funky, a mix of 1980s colours & minimum security prison architecture. The staff chain up the front doors with a Kryptonite bicycle lock after midnight, so if there ever is a fire, good luck to you.

Having said that, you only have two choices: either stay here, or keep on driving until you get to Sudbury. All the other motels in this town are welfare suites.

In response to your review Mr. Moore..

We have repaired the A/C in your room the next day after your departure (we did not know it was leaking);
Indeed the front lobby is locked down after hours and we go into night service from a different office...and you have 3 safe and approved
exits in case of emergency...the lobby exit would be the furthest from your room??

As for the decor we have had many compliments on our on going renovations; I've never heard of it described as prison architecture??
But thank You for your input and we will strive to always better this establishment.
