The minute we walked into Sea Vue the staff treated us like family, Oscar helped us with our bags and giving us wonderful rides on the six-seater golf cart. The thing that impressed me the most was the pool that has two waterfalls and a jacuzzi which was always ready for use and had night lights for night use.
I can't wait to return with my family and friends to Sea Vue!

Room Tip: Pent house The pent house has better views to watch the beautiful sunset and ocean.

Thank you for the complements to the pool! It may be small but we are pleased you found it enjoyable and refreshing.

My husband and I stayed at Seavue for 5 days and we would definitely recommend it. The view from the penthouse apartment is gorgeous. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and they are maintained very well. Our room had everything we needed in terms of appliances and utensils in order to relax or entertain friends. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also, it's only a short walk to the most beautiful beach in Roatan. What more could you want for a relaxing vacation?

The location here is quiet and away from the beach. We stayed In a studio which had great facilities. One downside was that the shower only had cold water. I'm not sure if this was usual or if it was broken. It wasn't so bad as we were usually hot from the beach anyway so it was refreshing.
The downside of being away from the beach is you have to pay for a lounger when you are down there.
Avoid West Bay on a Wednesday and Thursday when the cruise ships are in. The beach is so busy you may as we'll be at a Disney theme park!

We spent two wonderful weeks here and were treated to the most spectacular time. Melissa, Oscar, Omar and Ana did everything possible to make sure our stay was first rate just like the accommodations. The very large units are exceptionally well appointed with everything you could want, including a selection of wines. The panoramic view and sunsets are breathtaking and you are only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars; a mini-mart, sandwich shop, gift shop and coffee shop are right across the street and there are always taxis in the area if you want one. The pool area is beautiful as well. Laundry services are available and very inexpensive. They even arranged to have a woman come to our unit to give my wife a pedicure. In our limited Spanish, the staff always managed to understand exactly what we wanted and make it happen for us. A place of this quality in other locations would cost several times more. The hill up from the beach area is a bit steep so if you aren't in good walking condition you will want to rent a car or hire a taxi. Also, it gets dark early and there aren't a lot of lights so always have a flashlight handy - the gift shop across the street sells small LED ones that easily fit in a pocket. As first time visitors to Roatan this made our time here even more enjoyable.

Room Tip: 3rd floor has the best views

I really want to give it 3.5 rating and it really wouldn't take much for it to be a 5. The positives firstly, very large well kept clean 2 bedroom apartment with lovely outdoor space and view. The complex as a whole was very well kept with lovely landscaping and small pool. Easy walk to beach, walk back not so easy! Downside, the main bedroom was very very light. We were there for 9 nights and was awake from 5.30 am every morning, 2 window in the bedroom had no window treatments at all so light streamed in as soon as the sun rose. The other window may as well not have had curtains as they were white and very thin so again let all the light in, not what you want when you are on vacation! The bed also was extremely uncomfortable, very hard and gave me a bad back for the whole of our stay. Lastly there was know one on property that spoke English, so on check in we were basically handed keys and left to our own devices. No advice was given on anything and as they didn't understand English there wasn't much point in asking! I don't know if this is because the complex is for sale and therefor the owners have lost interest in it? Finally the walk up the hill is strenuous especially when it's done a few times a day, there is a golf cart but we were never advised if this could be used to pick up from beach? All that being said this was our 2nd trip to Roatan and it wont be our last and if the owner rectified the light issue and bed in bedroom and had information on what services are available, ie golf cart, English speaking member of staff, we would Deffinately consider staying there again and did prefer it to our stay last year in coco lobo!
