When I first arrived at the hotel, there were a couple of things that didn´t go very well, which I am not going to specifically mention, but once I reported those things to the hotel management, they immediately rectified and even went as far as giving us a free dinner as compensation. There are very few hotels that will do that, especially during a pandemic. Its very satisfying to know that they take guest complaints of any type very seriously, all in all the hotel has excellent amenities, you can scuba dive, dine, has a huge pool and when I mean huge its huge pool, the staff are very kind and welcoming, I am going to return with my entire family next time (this trip was with wifey).
I truly appreciate the positivity that the staff has at all times. I know the pandemic has brought very difficult times to the Island of Roatan and I admire how they´ve handled every inch of our stay.
