The waiting time to be seated can take up to around 40 minutes, but you can look around the store during that time so it works out fairly well if you're not in a rush. The sakura macha parfait I got was a little over 1000 yen, so pretty pricey, but it had a lot of treats placed inside and the overall presentation of the parfait was quite exquisite. The sakura daifuku that I bought in the store and which I've eaten since is delicious, with a refreshing matcha taste in the center. I went to this store excited and came out excited, it's definitely a great stop for a trip in Uji.
