I write as part of one of the four coaches who were staying at the hotel - part of an F1 Spa break. In this respect it was bad choice by the operator as it was 2 hours from the circuit.
Agreed that the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The downside was they were not geared up to cope with a lot of people wanting food and drink. The bar and restaurant were understaffed. The place was very busy but the menu was dull, uninspired, expensive and not really appropriate for a lot of people to sit down and get to know one another. We were asked to eat in the bar one night and had to pay 24 euros up front for a microwaved lasgane and a pannini. On the last night it was established that a Dominos pizza house was nearby so many members of our party ordered them in. The breakfast ( 20 euro ) was ok for cold meats etc.. but the scrambled egg, beans and bacon rind were lukewarm and not to good old British standards at all. However, ok for the business boys passing through for an odd night or two

We stayed 3 nights in the Mercure airport hotel Brussels, whilst we didn´t fly in or from there we thought it would be ok, in fact, the journey into town is relatively straightforward so it shouldn´t be an issue, with regards to the hotel itself, it needs some renovation although on the positive side the rooms are spacious and the area is very quiet, bathrooms where big and that´s always a positive, the two girls on reception (Morgane ) are very good ambassadors for the hotel, i found them both extremely friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was ample and well laid out, the big negative was the wifi and internet in general, that made my life very hard has i need to do some work even when i´m on holiday, whilst the girls did what they could we couldn´t get any satisfaction, normaly i would be very angry has i see it has incompetent from the managers side but to be honest, the reception was so friendly i didn´t think they deserved an hard time from my side, i think the manager would have got one if he was their to see!

Dear Mr,

First of all, we are very happy that you had a good hospitality feeling from our team. It is very important for us that the guests are welcomed. Thank you to let your positive opinion regarding our establishment.

Regarding the internet connection we will inform our manager about your remark. The WIFI offered to the guest is purposed for a light surf use. We propose also a high speed connection in the rooms, this one is indeed payable.

Many thanks again for your comments.

Booked this hotel as part of a package deal and was quite happy with the room and facilities at the hotel.
The beds were comfortable with spacious rooms and a nice bedroom and the staff were very friendly.

The only problems I had with this hotel was that the hotel had a lot of guests while I stayed and due to the location (i.e. not much in vicinity of hotel) the hotel restaurant was the only real choice.

They only had 2 members of staff on running the restaurant when they had over 4 coaches of people which meant I waited half an hour for a menu then over an hour for food...... after the meal I could have just walked out without paying as I was waiting for half an hour to pay!

if you are staying here and the restaurant is busy there is a domino's down the road which will also deliver!

Dear,

We thank you to let your opinion regarding your stay. We are happy to read that you appreciated our rooms and the facilities.

However we are very concerned about your experience in our restaurant. Indeed, the hotel was very crowded during this week-end and you were certainly arriving at the same moment of all the groups, of course we will check the organisation to avoid this situation in the future.

We hope to see you again in our establishment.

This hotel is laid out very well, with short walk to buses to airport or city centre. It has shops 10 minute walk away for food and stuff. The breakfast is fine and the resturant is good qulaity food although a little expensive with not muct "bar food" more qulaity dinning. It has a very small gym as well, fit and functional !

We came to this hotel to stay for three days. We booked a meeting room for a few all-day courses. When booking the room upfront the hotel is not that expensive. The rooms are quite big and are well equipped. There is also a gym with a treadmill, bike, muscle trainer and cross-trainer. The room might be small but the equipment is good quality (TechnoGym).

The price for breakfast is too high, for 20 euros i expect at least a cook in front of me making fresh food or something. No just kidding. There is nothing wrong with the breakfast it is really good. But the price is just to high. 13-15 euros for this type of breakfast is good value not 20.

I would recommend this hotel for meetings and your stay in general (also very close to airport). The service is good, nice staff, you feel really welcome when you are here!

Dear M.,

First of all thank you for your kind comments,
We do want to offer our clients a pleasant stay where they can feel themselves at ease in a comfortable, warm environment and where our team is always at their service. Our breakfast offers a range of breakfast pastries & bread, assorted cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit, cereales, hot dishes... but you can always ask our formula "express breakfast", which is cheaper. Of course, I'll submit your suggestion about the rate to our general manager.
It will be always a pleasure to welcome you,
Kind regards,
A.D.
