Comfortable room albeit we had ordered a twin room and was given a double. Basic facilities were welcome. Staff struggling to meet demand for breakfast due to a lot of guests and we had to frequently ask for items to be replenished. Due to a tight timeframe, we settled for a very light breakfast. Porterage service wasn't up to standard on our departure. Wouldn't be in a rush to stay anytime soon

Stayed: June 2017, travelled with family

Brussels Airlines put us up here for the night. Everything about the Hotel is average apart from the marvellous staff who work so hard to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. Free shuttle bus to the airport! Good

Very easy access to NATO HQ. Just a short walk from main gate. A very average hotel, OK rooms, the TV channels are for Belgians only!!! Very bad selection of channels. The rooms are OK, if the AC had worked. Some general problems with the cooling system this week.
The so called fitness sentre is out of date, in a room in the cellar without windows. Not up to date.
Breakfast is OK, chaos if more than 20 guest to eat at the same time.

Room Tip: You are asked to choose street or garden. Sun goes down on the garden side, that is quiet.

Dear Sir,
We thank you for sharing your appreciation of your stay in our hotel.
We are surprised by your remark about the choice of TV channels because there are more than 100 international channels available for ours guests.
Due to the exceptional level of temperature we had on that week, our air conditioning system was not able to follow the demands on a short term. We apologize for the inconvenient we caused you.
We thank you for your comments regarding the fitness center. Your remarks are very constructive and we will in near future improve this area.
We hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you again in our hotel.
Yours sincerely.
I.S.

Using online check in meant a quick input on arrival and a warm welcome. Bedrooms large and reasonably well appointed. Mine was at the back, so quitet but facing the sun so very hot despite aircon. Bar drinks and meals very good as was service. Breakfast I would describe as OK but unimaginative. I was never asked for my voucher so i needn't have paid for it!

Dear guest,

It is a great pleasure to hear that our Online check-in system is appreciated by our guests and that you felt welcomed. Regarding the air conditioning we advise you for next time to directly contact our Reception desk team. If it is due to a technical issue we will try to fix it immediately or accommodate you in another room. Thank you also for the remark regarding the breakfast, it is good to know that it can be improved. You had a lucky day that we missed to ask your breakfast coupon, normally you have to present it at the entrance of the breakfast area.
Our team will be happy to welcome you again in our hotel.

Kind regards,
I.S.

Stayed just one night in this hotel. It's a bit outdated but close to office in Dieleman and airport. The area of the hotel does note have a lot of possibilities to eat out etc. Parking is convenient and free during the evening and night. Breakfast is OK, nothing special.

Dear PetervTNL,

First of all thank you for sharing your opinion about your stay in our hotel. We wish to inform that parking is not free of charge, it costs 13€ per night. At the arrival in the parking area, we are taking note about every guest which is using it. You are lucky, somehow we have missed your parking registration on the invoice. In order to get more information about restaurants and places to see in Brussels we inform you that our Reception desk team is always happy to advise our guests. It is also good to know your impression regarding the room and the breakfast, we are always looking forward to improve our services.

Kind regards,
I.S
