My husband and two children went here this october, the room was basic but clean and had a lovely view across the pool and the med but in between there was a building site thing going on, there is another hotel being built at the moment thats going to be an adult only one though, the food was mouthwatering couldnt complain, the waiters were just fantasic, always polite and friendly and happy to help, the beach was georgous and clean and knowing that you could eat in the beach bar was great, icecream was only served between 2-3 so be carefull, DO NOT have the freshly squeezed orange juice in the mornings unless you want to pay for it. The only drawbacks were we had no entertainment on in the evenings and your told you can eat in the sister hotel next door ! we werent allowed to eat only drink, full of germans and in total there were only about 15 of us english, if you want a lounger by the pool you need to get your towel on it by 7am or the germans will have them all day, cant really say many bad points because i really enjoyed the holiday and yes i would go back there in the future

Room Tip: Ask for a high sea view room

The hotel was nothing like the pictures in the brochure, the rooms were different to those in the picture & the kids slides were actually located next door at one of the sister hotels. The brochure even stated “exclusive to Airtour customers in the UK", but when we got there found it was full of Germans. We wondered why we were not asked upon booking the hotel if we had wanted an English based hotel but got told it would have been racist if they had done so. When we arrived, being all inclusive, the receptionist tried to make us pay more, we tried to explain we were all inclusive but the receptionist didn't speak much English. After a couple of times of us saying no she backed down & said "I'll give you as a present" We weren't given an agenda as to what time meals were so it was just by the off chance they were being served when we turned up. We had asked for a high rise beach view room but there was no chance of this being as the hotel was only 3 stories high. The air conditioning was faulty & had leaked over the one bed & had soaked into the mattress. The so-called all year round indoor swimming pool was empty, which we were told is down to the seasons. The cutlery was dirty & the food wasn't all that great either, I don't think the fact that there was chips being served on the menu for breakfast was something I'd class as breakfast. The waiters blatantly ignored us, they seemed to pay more attention to the Germans in the hotel by bringing drinks to them, not once were we offered this. We were constantly stared at by the other resident in the hotel but got told this is normal, this is not normal to me & made us feel like outsiders, that we shouldn't have been there. The walk to the beach from the hotel was like a back alley, I wouldn't have wanted to walk it when it got dark. After just 8 hours in the hotel we asked the receptionist for our rep's phone number so we could call her, only to be told by the woman "you wait" & pointed to the sofa's in reception. When our rep finally showed up we gave her the list of problems we had found with the hotel, wasn't sure she believed us about the wet bed until we actually showed her this, upon which she asked if we wanted to move rooms, our reply was "no we want to move hotels, we haven't even unpacked." She rang round a couple of hotels for us & whilst waiting for a reply from them she asked if we would move to one of the sister hotels instead? We went & had alook in the Seher sun resort & spa, we only got through reception & noticed how clean it was & the atmosphere was so different, this was the hotel we ended up staying in. On return back to the other hotel the rep mentioned that the Seher Sun Beach hotel was closing down in 3 weeks time for refurbishment! Why was we not told this when we booked? We would never have booked the hotel if we had known this. Unfortunately we didn’t take any pictures due to the fact we had been awake 36hours with no sleep & it was the last thing on our mind, there was no way we could have even spent a night in that hotel, 8 hours was long enough!
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just returned from our annual holiday once again, and need a holiday to get over it.
Hotel very clean, apart from Flying Red Ants after a Tyhpoon, which was not sorted.
This hotel is not for children, no entertainment day or night, it was ok if all you wanted to do
was just sit and sun bathe. They played darts at 11.15am and 3.13pm with a lovely girl Lillia, but no children allowed to play. The games room consisted of Table Tennis Table and Pool Table 2 balls missing, cue (1) only, the end was just plastic. But no children under the age of 16 years to play.
We complained there was nothing at night for the kids, so they put a mini disco on, it lasted 15 mins, and none was in english. The food was very repetative, who wants chips, sprouts peas and brocallie for breakfast.
Dont get me wrong some of the bar and hotel staff were very friendly, Mustafa and Gersel were very good, and spoke english to us.
If you take insurance please make sure that you are covered properly, my grandaughter fell and needed hospital treatment 2 staples in a gash to her head, it cost over 1,325. 00 liara
which was all my Son-in-laws spending money. He was told if he did'nt pay he would go to prison.. so please double check before you go.
We met some lovely friends who we hope will keep in touch and they made our holiday.
You also have to like foreigners especially Germans because they have to be seen to first i.e. to be served or waited on. The resort is all german orientated even all the shopkeepers
speak german, and all prices are in Euro's, they do change to Liara but they do not show prices in that.
Weather can be beautiful, but if it rains it rains. we experienced a Typhoon, which was not nice. So remember to pack some games i.e. Cards etc.,

just got back from holiday what a waste of money, Took my family on holiday to this hotel. My 2 stepdaughters are 9 and 11 there was nothing for them to do apart from swimming in the pool they wasn't allowed to use any of the facilities ex: pool table, table tennis this hotel is not good for children, There was little entertainment on an evening, we went for 2 weeks 1st week the weather was hot and beautiful 2nd week we had thunderstorms for 4 days so them 4 days there was nothing to do if it wasn't for really good friends we met from manchester and wallsall i don't no what we would have done we made our own entertainment day and night . The food was not good you got chips, rice and vegetables everyday including breakfast, if you don't mind germans or foreigners around all the time then its ok as the hotel caters for those type of people . the indoor pool had no water in it so you could't use it , the bar staff were very friendly especially mustafa and gursel. there was not alot to do outside the hotel there is few shops. if you are thinking of going to this hell hole then forget it we would never go again. from tarby sutton on sea lincolnshire

Beautiful hotel. More courteous to Germans which stood out a mile. Although we had good time because it was party of 11 family - wouldn't go back - need to learn to have same respect to all nationalities. Entertainment poor.

i have just got back from there with my mum, dad and 17 year old brother. if you want a relaxing holiday just sitting by the pool or beach with no entertainment, then this is a holiday for you. the food is repetitive and they serve chips, vegetables and rice everyday including breakfast. no entertainment on an evening only on a very very odd occasion. if you dont mind germans or foreigners around you then its ok, as the hotel mainly caters for those type of guests. not a hotel for children as no childrens entertainment whatsoever, and the games room is basically non existent apart from a table tennis table and a pool table with not enough balls and a broken pool cue. few games in the day, darts and water polo, children not allowed to play though.
the bar staff and waiters were very friendly, exspecially gursel and mustafa. the hotel rep for thomas cook was a waste of time as was hardly there and when she was couldnt help with your problems at all.
not much outside the hotel to do, apart from shop, and no english bars in this area.
wouldnt go there again as its not a lively enough place for myself.
Rach, Walsall

Room Tip: no point asking for a pool view as you dont always get one!
