The villa was spacious - enough room for the 5 of us - and had some really nice features such as ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom. The thatch roof was quaint, and the pool on the grounds was a hit with our toddlers. Garth was responsive to our request (an issue with the keys to the patio) and made steps to remedy it.
The place did need a good cleaning though - surfaces were dusty, spider webs where the dishes were kept (we washed all dishes before using), and appliances streaked and 'grungy'. Patios were covered with bird poop, and bats flying around in the car park area. The interior smelled musty. Spindles in the railings in the stairs and on the patios were loose and would pop out - a hazard for small children.
As it stands now, would not recommend it in it's current state, but could be a great place for a group with a little of the above TLC...
