Disappointed with the way they are advertised. I guess if you are staying for an extended amount of time it is ok. But for the 2 nights I was there, it was unimpressive.
When I first arrived, the lobby receptionist told me that my priceline payment had not gone through. She asked me to call the 1800 number, and after 10 minutes on hold, she told me just hang up, I see your payment here. Started off on a wrong foot. The smell of food and smoke through the hallways is not what you should expect from a hotel. The rooms are all single queen unless you get a queen suite. The room smelled like a bar. That's the best way to describe it. The only trash bin in the room was full to the brim from the previous guest. Staying with my family in a room with liquor bottles is not what I expected. As far as free breakfast, they have some granola bars, and prepackaged muffins, coffee, oatmeal and hot cocoa mix. (Not continental)
The location is good so I give them a few stars for that.
I booked this hotel on Priceline as an Express Deal. For 65/night I was offered a 2.5 star hotel with "Free Breakfast." (For only $3 more you could book a 3.5 star hotel. Go that route!!)More
