I live in Moate and come here regularly for breakfast and lunch. The food is consistently of a very high standard, the waitress is very attentive and probably knows our order off by heart at this stage. I love it, their chicken goujons and homemade chips are my favourite.

Been here a few different times since its been taken over by new management and never fails to satisfy, food is fantastic, freshly prepared, well presented, great value for money, staff very friendly and helpful, décor lovely, cant recommend it highly enough. Good lunch offers and opens late for A la Carte meals, even has the option to bring your own wine :)

Great food, service and comfortable surrounds. Pricing isn't bad as the quality of food is very good. Bring your own wine and no corkage (as it doesn't have a licence, this is no disadvantage, as office licence up the road!) well worth leaving the M6 road for!

I went here in December with a group of Girlfriends and can not praise the food enough. We all had something different on the menu and their was a great choice of food to pick from. One friend was a vegetarian and they had a nice choice of food to select from and also offered to mix up a dish if she didnt see anythign she liked. The food came out fast and the food was beautifully presented and tasted devine. I have eaten in lots of restaurants in Athlone and found the food here to be far superiour. You can bring your own drink so we all brough a bottle which was great it only worked out 30 a head for starters, main and few desserts and tea/coffees. It is a small restaurant that was previously a little coffee shop but don't let the size of it fool you. It is cosy and well worth the visit. There is ample parking outside, staff were friendly and gave good banter. Well worth a visit a gem in an little town.

I've been this restaurant a few times now and can't wait to return. The food is wonderful. The staff and owner do everything to make you feel comfortable. My friends with me were very impressed by the steak, sea bass (or maybe it was monkfish) and fajitas. My personal favourite is the deep fried brie. It is the business. It is a small space, and I wouldn't like to be near the door, but the fact that you can bring your own bottle, the welcome and most of all the food make it a winner for me!
