Rheingau is my second home so it’s not my first time at the Kloster Eberbach Hotel. I heard while making a reservation that management changed in the hotel and honestly I had my doubts... these lasted till I stayed there last time.
They made many improvements! Rooms have key cards, nicer amenities, more attention to the guests (including to my furry friend) and the restaurant is also better. The reception team also took their time to recommend me a nice tour around the museum. Also loved the “Wine Garden”! Such a nice way to spend a sunny afternoon! Yes... corona times are hard for many but they manage to make my day better even while maintaining social distance. I will for sure come back soon to see what else they improve! Well done!More
