This is a small garden, with a nice collection of rose bushes and various plants, and a couple of old greenhouses. By contrast with a botanic garden, there is no label to plants, so it can be a good opportunity for a guess game to find plants' names.
The garden is not manned at all time in opening hours, and there is an honesty box at the entrance.
It is a good place to go to on a nice day, enjoy nature in a quiet environment, and support the work of the National Trust for Scotland.
