Forget the rest this is the best. The food is amazing lots of chefs extra dishes, wonderful little touches and unusual flavours all explained in great detail. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and we were made To feel very very special and the extra sweets and cakes with the coffee were simply superb even if we did feel like we were about to explode🥳 Had the wine flight which was fantastic really enhanced the flavour of the dishes. The wine waitress didn’t tell us what the wine was until we had finished the dish and then they gave us all the details and explanation of the vin yard and the wines history. The setting is wonderful but the stars of the show are the staff, they are very friendly, exceptionally attentive and we felt like we had made new best friends. Thank you for a magical night.

Located in Hotel 27, Bougainville is a beautiful restaurant, and a Michelin level dining experience. We had the five course tasting menu and split a cheese course to finish. We also had the most adventurous and creative wine pairings. Super fun!

What an experience. We don’t usually go for these types of restaurants, but the reviews were so good that we decided to give it a try and wow was it incredible. The service over the top Ronald and the rest of the staff were engaging, and very friendly. More importantly the food was incredible. I appreciated the fact that not only was there a multi course menu but we could order à la cart which we did. If you’re going to splurge on a dinner in Amsterdam, this is definitely the place to go. Definitely one of the best of the best.

I had high expectations based on previous reviews and this place didn’t disappoint. The restaurant is small but beautifully decorated and yet spacious for the diners. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was faultless. I struggle to think of anywhere as good. The staff were all friendly, knowledgable and engaging. One of the chefs even came out halfway through the 7 courses to check the meal was up to our expectations. A lovely touch. We chose the signature tasting menu and the food was fantastic - each course full of flavours, with some beautiful sauces. It truly was a feast. I absolutely loved all the dishes. The wine choice was extensive and our waiter catered for our specific tastes brilliantly. I will often take pictures of food when in great restaurants but I was so engaged by the whole experience I didn’t ! Says it all.
