Wilde Fox of Stapehill We have recently finished building & furnishing this luxurious & beautiful property & it has been fully equipped to give you all the luxury & comfort that you would need. This newly built house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, utility room, games lounge, main lounge, dining room & kitchen. Toys, puzzles & DVDs are supplied. Most baby equipment is also available at no extra charge. Please let me know if you have any requirements. On entering the house you arrive into a large & bright hallway with stairs leading to the 1st floor. The hallway leads to all rooms on the ground floor. There is a separate TV/games room which also has a sofa bed. It is ideal for children to play in, giving you peace in the main living space. We also have a large toy chest. There is a King Bedroom, ‘Hot Blossom’ next to the Games Room. This bedroom is also next to the downstairs shower bathroom. You then move through into the open plan lounge, dining room & kitchen. The dining table has seating for 6 & the kitchen island has seating for 4. The rear bifold doors stretch across the entire width of the property, which gives you an uninterrupted view out to the garden & onto the meadow, that backs onto Ferndown Common. The view is mesmerising. Birds such as woodpeckers, jays are regular visitors along with sightings of deer as close as the garden fence. The upstairs level has 1 King, ‘Blue Stag’, & 1 extra large bedroom, ‘Starlight’, with 4 single beds with 4 trundles so it can sleep 8 children. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs that support these 2 bedrooms. The main family bathroom has a bath with shower. The 2nd bathroom is a walk in shower & is the en suite to Starlight. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac & backs onto Ferndown Common, which is a site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). The Common is home to protected creatures such as The Dartford Warbler, Smooth Snake, Heath Grasshopper, Common Frog, Palmate Newt, various butterflies & 14 species of dragonflies. You will be able to walk directly from the house into the 160 acres of heathland. You can also walk through the heathland to my favourite local pub, the Angel. A perfect break for someone wanting to go walking & get close to nature & yet there are some wonderful places to visit close by & a 20-40 minute drive away. Moors Valley (10 mins) is our family favourite with miles of forest walks with wooden climbing structures which are great to keep the kids amused & walking, Go Ape if you wish to go tree climbing. Kingston Lacy, Corfe Castle, Brownsea Island, New Forest Beaches of Sandbanks, Durdle Door, Studland, to name but a few. I have a restaurant & activity guide prepared by myself so that you can hit the ground running & plan your holiday before you arrive. The property is so ideally located if you wish to explore Dorset. With the property being in close proximity to various pubs & eateries, you need not go far to eat out although a little further into Wimborne (7 mins) & you will find a wide range of wonderful restaurants, coffee bars & up market pubs to visit. A large Sainsburys (5 mins drive) & a small Marks & Spencer (9 mins) are so easy to get to with a Tesco a little further in Ferndown & Waitrose in Wimborne. The location is extremely convenient.
