Its chlorine pool of 10*5 m and 1 to 1.70 m depth, with exterior shower, is surrounded by fantastic sun loungers to sunbather and different gardened areas with lawn. Surrounding the country house, you can find different fruit trees and, depending on the season, you will be able to collect plums, almonds and carob beans. This house distributes its spacious rooms on two floors. On the ground floor, in the same space, you will find the living room, where you can relax watching satellite TV or listening to music, the dining area and the vitro-ceramic kitchen, with direct access to the outside porch. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, another bedroom with two single beds, a second bathroom with shower and an unfurnished terrace. All bedrooms have wardrobes and up to two radiators. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. If you are travelling with the youngest member of the family, a cot and high chair are available. There is a washing machine, located in the kitchen, an iron and ironing board. This fabulous villa is situated next to Parque Natural de Mondragó, place that is considered a protected area. The house is at only 2.5 km from Portopetro, where you will find everything you may need during your stay such as grocery stores, bars, restaurants, etc. Likewise, you can reach by car different idyllic bays and beaches as, for instance, paradisiacal beaches known as Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó, Cala Santanyí or Cala D’Or. In Cala D’Or, at about 6.5 km, you can enjoy a great variety of leisure activities and nightly life. The capital of the island, Palma, is located at about 55 km. Air conditioning is free from 10 pm to 7 am, although the schedule can be modified on request. If you need air conditioning the whole day, it has an additional cost. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 4 cars. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
