A 4 bedroom detached house on 3 floors situated on Pevensey Bay beach and close to Pevensey Bay shops and amenities. The property is accessed via steps at Hall Floor level with main entrance door leading to hall, cloakroom, kitchen/breakfast room, living room/dining room with direct access to decking leading onto the beach and beach garden. Stairs lead down from the hall level to ground floor hallway giving access to double bedroom. Further stairs also lead up from the Hall floor level to first floor landing giving access to master bedroom with en-suite and direct sea views, 2 further double bedrooms having 2 single beds in each with farmland views, family bathroom, driveway parking for 2 vehicles, gas central heating, double glazed. 2 dogs are permitted as long as the holiday makers ensure they are treated with flea treatment such as Frontline or Advocate the day before arrival and they are not allowed on the furniture. There are several steps up to the property, see photos. Not suitable for anyone permanently reliable on a wheelchair. Smoking is not permitted in the house, but guests can smoke outside at the front or on the beach (not the wooden decking area) as long as they dispose of any rubbish responsibly in a bin.

This was a great place to stay for young and old. A real home from home experience It had everything we needed very well equipped kitchen. Plenty to do close by also great just for lazing on the beach. Beach fishing brilliant.

View could not be better looking out to sea very quiet area house is just right a bit big for 1 person but never mind it was peace and quiet i needed and weather very good.

Couldn't get a better view of the sea. Location, Location,Location.....this has it in 'spades' !! With careful parking, room for 3 cars out front. Dog friendly house and beach. Quite a few stairs so if you struggle with stairs don't book this property. Fabulous view...More

The house is located on Coast Road in Pevensey Bay and directly on the beach, it is about a 15 -20 minute (depending on how quick you walk) to the village center with its amenities and shops, pubs/restaurants and take away outlets or 5 minutes in the car. Asda is approx 2 miles away towards Eastbourne. The Castle Inn situated in the village is a must, they are very friendly and provide lovely food also your dogs are welcome too! Normans Bay village is approx 1/2 mile away. The Star Inn Restaurant is situated in Normans Bay. There are various pubs/restaurants in the historic Village of Pevensey, along with Pevensey Castle and the 1066 Church.
Getting around
There are buses from Pevensey Bay on a regular basis, Pevensey Bay railway station is approx 1.5 miles distant.
