About the neighbourhood
The House is set in an estate of similar properties. It is a very friendly neighbourhood and well kept. There is a children's park within walking distance and straight across the road from the house is a public nature park where local residents walk their dogs and take walks. About 10 minutes walk from the house is a small area of shops and Takeaways including a Co-op. About 20/25 minutes walk from the house is the main town centre with a wide selection of shops and services. There is a Morrisons and a Waitrose along with a good selection of Pubs, Cafes and restaurants. There are also Two petrol stations in the town and a Doctors surgery.
Getting around
There are several bus stops close to the house and the main town also. There are taxis locally too. Rugby train station is 20 minutes drive from the house with good connections to both Birmingham and London. Lutterworth is Just off junction 20 of the M1 and close to the M6. There is parking on the drive for two cars and further parking for one car at the side of the house.
