Location, location location is the main feature of this unit with a cool 3 minute drive or an 8 minute walk, to the A.N.R International airport and less than 5 minutes drive to major supermarket, pharmacy and other shopping facilities. Just 20 mins from the Scarborough port, a scenic route along the Milford road brings you here. So whether you're visiting as a staycation, vacation or business, you'll be in the right spot. Guest have full access to this unit, inclusive of a private washer/ dryer combo located outside of the bedroom area. This property is ideally located within walking distance of our most popular beaches and our primary airport. Guests can do as much or as little as they want. Local and international delicacies and other essential facilities, such as pharmacies, can be accessed without the need for transport. However, if transport is required, vehicle rentals, bicycle rentals and other means of transport are easily available. This property has private secured parking with security. It also has access a small mall which provide a variety of items. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and blackout blinds for optimum sleep. For your listening pleasure, Alexa is at your service providing unlimited music streaming. Smart tv’s allow you to sign in to your subscriptions, to pick up where you left off, on your most recent binge watch. Free secured parking is available for one vehicle. Although most general facilities are within walking distance, vehicle, bike and scooter rentals are available for those who wish to explore our naturally serene and historically rich island. You can download the TTrideshare app and register to request approved drivers for trips where you just want to sit back and relax in the passenger seat.
