Our 12’ wide caravan is situated on a private road within the Holiday Park. Our caravan has had extensive refurbishment which has really modernised the feel. This park is renowned for having steep hills - our van is located on the same level as the entertainment venue so no need to climb the hills at night!! There is live entertainment every evening in the show bar, a playground, amusement arcade, onsite shop, boathouse diner and bar. The beach is literally a five minute walk from the caravan door and has lovely sands and clear sea for swimming. There is also a souvenir shop across the road. Please note that passes for the entertainment venue are available to purchase from reception when you arrive on park. Wi-Fi is available in the club and you can pay for Wi-Fi in the van using wifinity....Our 12’ wide caravan is situated on a private road within the Holiday Park. Excellent vacation
The caravan was very clean and fresh smelling. The view from the window was beautiful and a perfect location to be. The host was very polite and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Amazing home comforts and would definitely recommend. Looking forward to going back again.

Brynowen 6 berth caravan
Fantastic family weekend. The caravan is in the perfect spot ( you can see the water from your window) it’s spacious and spotlessly clean. It’s only a few minutes walk to the beach. We used the outside table and chairs every day for eating as the weather was perfect. We took our portable bbq ( plenty of space for cooking). Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back. We all had an amazing time, thank you Laura.

Lovely caravan, lovely site.
The caravan was very well kept, very clean and modern feel to it. The site itself was lovely. My 4 year old daughter loved it although the pool could be a lot warmer, it was freezing. The caravan is in a perfect location 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes from the clubhouse, pool etc. Would definitely come again.

Brilliant stay
What a brilliant site stayed twice this year and looking at going for a third time in October enteriment was out of this world the troopers know how to keep the kids and adults entertained so Mat and his team restaurant and bar staff/food was great good choice of food staff where friendly caravan was basic but it was a sleeping basis pool was okay showers was hit or miss so be warned so thanks to everyone for a fab holiday all staff see you in October

Comfortable caravan with great views and near all amenities
This caravan is very comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay. We know Borth well with all its many attractions, not least the lovely beach. We've stayed elsewhere (had our own chalet on a different site) before, but now will be looking to rent a caravan to holiday here in future, and would certainly come back to this one.

Excellent
Excellent location and scenery, over looking the sea in the distance. Caravan is fully equipped with everything required and the owner is helpful and responsive! All utensils available and the caravan was clean, comfortable and cosy! Would love to be back.

Lovely caravan
Just back from 3 day stay in Borth. Perfect weather. Caravan was lovely. The owner Laura was really helpful with the booking. Already trying to work out when we can stay again. Highly recommend.

Great little spot..
Super caravan’ if you forget anything it’ll be in the cupboard from previous visitors :-) Had a great stay for four nights,we were working locally clearing a pub. Did forget our bedding but Tesco etc is only a few miles away... Sorted... would I go back, definitely. Laura the owner is a really nice lady too and the site is clean and tidy! T.

Great value, lovely views and very comfortable
We used the caravan as a base for walking the Ceredigion section of the coastal path. It was very handy for this as it was only a 5 minute walk from the coast path. The caravan was bigger than I expected and had everything we needed for self-catering. It was excellent value and the owner was very helpful. The views from the caravan are lovely. It was also a beautiful section of the coast path; we saw a seal pup, 2 adults seals, 5 dolphins and soaring birds of prey.

Good Location
Located on the flatter part of Brynowen Holiday Park, in a quiet setting not too close to the site entertainment centre, yet within easy walking distance. Good views from the front, with partial sea views, we witnessed some spectacular sunsets (weather permitting). The correspondence from the owner was great, and a welcoming message left for us to use all the facilities in the home, which were more than adequate, Private parking to the side was welcomed, also small seating area to side with patio set provided. Five minute walk to sea front. An enjoyable stay in a relatively quiet, but friendly resort,within easy reach of Aberystwyth by road, bus or train or the surrounding welsh countryside.
