This delightful detached villa is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the lovely sandy beach in Punta Prima along with a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation is all on one level and comprises of four bedrooms, one with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, a shower room, separate lounge, dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a spacious covered terrace leading to the sun terrace and large private pool. Patio furniture, sun loungers and a brick built BBQ are available to relax, soak up Menorca?s sun and enjoy ?Al fresco? dining at its best. **Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd ? 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings. Very poor villa condition
Like previous reviewers the outside space & views were very good but inside the whole villa was very run down. We booked with Jet2 but realise it was managed by Solmar Villas. We had nothing from Jet2 about the villa & the Solmar Villa info pack was empty….luckily we had been to Punta Prima before so knew our way around. List of negatives:- no kitchen bin bags left..both bathroom bins were broken..Air Con dripping in main bedroom making floor very unsafe..main bedroom door unable to open or shut properly(only with brute force) as door was swollen..headboards in twin bed room not attached to beds so very noisy when you turned over so had to separate bed from headboard, the same in another 2 bedrooms..main en-suite bath was badly stained & tiles cracked around shower taps…one wardrobe smelled of damp & another was full of mould…lack of kitchen utensils (broken tin opener & no spatulas to use in supposed nonstick frying pan..broken utility toilet unable to be used has door handle broken. Would not recommend without a major update

Made the best of a tired villa
Fab location and outside space was great .....in real need of an update inside .....very tired ,no wardrobe space in a double bedroom ( nowhere to hang clothes)....mould growing inside cupboards had not been cleaned, not able to close doors to rooms as they had dropped.....etc etc .. .. Could be nice if they spent a few euros

Villa is well situated within Punta Prima with great views over the bay. Kitchen and the shared bathrooms has been updated superseding the ‘brochure’ photos seem here. The only downside was that both rear bedrooms seemed to have very much know about preexisting dampness issue ... resulting in an furry residue on the walls. This was removed using bleach/mold remover during the visit ... but the alkaline smell of the mold persisted and these rooms wee not used.
