Situated a five minute stroll from the fantastic sandy beach and resort facilities of Punta Prima, Villa Sol de Flandes is a wonderful modern villa with an abundance of charm. The interiors are particularly light and airy, with a lovely mix of modern and trendy furniture and fittings throughout. One of the most outstanding features of this property is the lovely decked balcony leading from the living room, a delightful spot to enjoy a sun downer at the end of a long hard day in the sun. Outside, the lovely lawned gardens surround an inviting private swimming pool with natural shady corners and sunny spots to relax in. **Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd ? 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.  Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: VT/405ME

A nice villa but……..
The villa is in the hustle and bustle of Punta Prima, with a road running along the side which takes buses etc. You should also note that the steps leading upto the villa are very steep, so clearly not for less able bodied people. The drive is not in use sadly, road is very busy not always easy to find a parking space. In my opinion for the money that we have paid is vastly over rated as it needs a re-furb. The pool area is lovely with shade and the balcony is a great addition. That said because of the position there is very little privacy.

What a lovely villa very clean well equipped great location 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Pool area is great
