This villa was a private home for 8 years and is in immaculate condition. The patio area has been enclosed with fully retractable sliding glass doors doubling the ground floor area. The floor here has also been porcelain tiled. On a corner plot so enjoys all day sunshine in the summer with a roof area only accessed from the top floor of the villa.The patio looks out over the garden which is a special feature of the property,large irrigated and full of colour.We have now built in the garden an 7.5m by 4m fully heated pool with underwater lighting.At the same time we have built a new patio outside the sliding glass doors and renewing the other 2 patio areas with matching tiles.The remainder of the garden has been fitted fitted with good quality artificial grass.The new photos of this area ar...
