Recently refurbished 3 bedroom detached villa with large new private heated pool in the perfect location, very close to the clubhouse and the centre of Mar Menor Golf Resort. There are two new fitted bathrooms, new fitted kitchen, all the furniture and décor is new and modern. There is a wii with lots of games, a SMART TV, Wifi and variety of family board games for everyone to enjoy. We also have foldable sunbeds for the nearby beaches, beach games, two childrens stunt scooters and golf clubs for your enjoyment. There are various pool toys including two basketball nets. We also have a new outdoor table tennis for your use.
There is A/C in the lounge and all bedrooms, there are silent, remote control ceiling fans in all bedrooms for the warm months and full central heating for cooler mon...
