A superb 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa with a swimming pool and jacuzzi (can be heated individually) overlooking the 18th fairway. The villa is a short walk from the 5 star hotel and spa, supermarket, golf club, social centre with gym, pool and tennis court. There are 4 restaurants and a bar within the same walking distance. Despite the proximity to activity the villa remains private and undisturbed. The best of all worlds! The sandy beaches of Mar Menor, known for its excellent sheltered water sports, is less than a ten minute drive away. Other amenities on the resort include the MMGR which offers padel tennis, a gym crazy putting and other activities.
