Reserved for rent is the Mezzanine of the URBANI Palace. Palace built in 1459 in full Renaissance. The flat is on the second and last floor in an independent wing of the Palace, belonging to a single property. URBANI Palace stands at the center of a village of Roman origin rich in history and art. Recently renovated keeps intact its Renaissance style. In the main floor and the ground floor is in the process of restoration of pictorial decorations. Jobs, who presumably will last for some time, do not interfere with the activities of guests who, even if they wanted to, they could be observers. The best place we have ever stayed. A wonderful apartment beautifully restored in this ancient Palazzo. Spectacular 360 degree views. A glorious sunny terrace for dining and relaxing. Quiet and wonderfully peaceful in a small village with two bars, a restaurant and a general store and a bread shop. Monte San Martino is ideally placed for exploring the lovely Marche...

Management response:

Jane and Marc, have arrived as guests, with curiosity for Palazzo Urbani, with the interest in the restoration, for sites, discovering the Marche. Polite and reserved. The sweetness of Jane. I think, i hope they are left as friends. Goodbye and thank you for everything. Pierino
