Great location - property needs some TLC

This property is in a great location on the coast conveniently placed to catch a train to Palermo. Unfortunately the property is in need of some repair/update. We were in the bottom flat which required 42 uneven steps down with leaves on them. On arrival at our terrace the plants were overgrown and weeds growing amongst the paving. The main entrance was through the patio doors which were accessed by a security shutter. The doors themselves were stiff and had no lock. So at night the security shutter had to come down. However, the security shutters would not have worked as one of the windows shutters was stuck half way so someone determined could have broken in. Inside the pots and pans (those that were there) were tired. No electric kettle or toaster. Just one blunt carving knife. So we were disappointed. However as it was just a base for exploring the area it was okay. The place needs an update.

Tres bel endroit avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe de palerme et des couchers de soleil chaque jour exceptionnels Appartement très bien agencé de grandes baies vitrées laissant entrer la lumière à flots Bonne situation pour aller facilement à Palerme Tous commerces à proximité Propriétaire très sympathique
