This wonderful 4 bedroom townhouse is situated in the complex El Mirador del Mar, in the beautiful area of Bahia de Casares, Casares Costa. This pretty, multi levelled complex is styled on a Spanish village and offers a pool area with a large pool, sun loungers, parasols and a separate kids pool. There is parking on the plot. El Mirador del Mar is close to the prestigious golf courses in the area and is within a short drive to the beach and sea. The townhouse is arranged over 2 floors and benefits from plenty of natural light flooding in from the patio doors and windows. The apartment is accessed via steps down from the communal area. On the entrance level of the apartment there is a large hallway which leads into the spacious lounge/diner. On the entrance level of the apartment there is a large hallway which leads into the spacious lounge/diner. The lounge area is fitted with a large corner sofa, TV, lounging chairs and gives access to the south-east facing terrace. The dining area is fitted with a dining table and chairs and also gives access to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs, a BBQ, lounging chairs and terrace sofa and armchairs with matching coffee table. This terrace offers sensational views to the mountains and Mediterranean sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and benefits from a small breakfast area and access to the terrace. One of the bedrooms is on this floor as is furnished with a double bed and benefits from an en suite shower room and access to the terrace. A stairwell leads down to the lower bedroom level and the bedroom terrace fitted with sun loungers and a double framed hammock bed. The first bedroom is fitted with twin beds and benefits from an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. The two other bedrooms are also fitted with twin beds and share a full guest shower room. The townhouse is equipped with A/C and free WiFi. Coastal Casares is only a few minute's drive to Puerto de la Duquesa and Sabinillas to the west. Along this 2km stretch of un-crowded beaches and promenades, you can visit the Duquesa marina with it’s bars, restaurants and cafes. The beaches at Casares are of a very high standard, kept clean and with all necessary facilities. Some have been awarded blue-flag status for excellence. The town of Sabinillas is just a few kilometres away, offering all the amenities to make for an easy holiday including restaurants, bars, banks and supermarkets. You are spoilt for choice with beach restaurants and traditional Spanish ventas all within a short distance. Quality golfing is in abundance including the famous Sotogrande, San Roque and Valderrama (home to the 1997 Ryder Cup) courses. This unspoilt area of the Costa del Sol is just waiting to be discovered. The village of Casares is one of the enchanting “Pueblo Blanco” villages found around Spain. The picturesque, white washed houses in the village sprawl over and crawl up the hillside to the base of the 12th Century Medieval Castle, which sits on top of the hill like a guardian. The breath-taking, unspoilt beauty of this municipality stretches inland to incorporate the Serriano de Ronda and the Campo of Gibraltar. The village of Casares is only a few kilometres inland from the coast and maintains the charm of winding, narrow streets leading to the central square filled with small bars and restaurants. A visit to the old fortress is not to be missed, where you can gaze down to the stunning views of the coast and across to Africa and Gibraltar.
