The property is situated conveniently on the outskirts of Estepona and a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. The communal pool is literally on the doorstep and the house is securely in the gated area so it is perfect for families. The property is...More

cant fault this place in any shape or form. The owner went out of his way to make sure we have all information we need for the area, direction, places to see, wesites links,supermarket nearby etc.. I would most definately return and can recommend it...More

The House is just 300 meters from Bahia De Casares(Casares Bay) a beautiful,sandy,unspoilt stretch of coast..

It has 3 bedrooms and is designed to an excellant standard with quality modern furniture, spread over 3 floors.

It is fully air conditioned .It is in a private gated development that has 18,000m2 gardens and two communal swimming pools.

It is peaceful and really is a great place to relax,yet only minutes away is the larger resort of Estepona and the beautiful port of Duquesa, where there are many excellant resturants for eating out.

The house is perfect for using as a base for exploring the area and great for golf with more than 60 golf courses stretching along the Costa de Sol.

The beach at Casares is within walking distance (about 300 metres) and there are a small numbers of bars and restaurants on or around the beach. The local town of Sabinillas, Duquesa and Estepona are only a short drive away and all have several bars and restaurants as well as shops. The white villages of Casares and Mijas are well worth a visit. Marbella and Puerto Banus are within a driving distance. Gibraltar is a must visit.

* Fly to Malaga (RECOMMENDED) or Gibraltar or Jerez, the property is just 50 mins from Malaga,90 mins Jerez and 25 mins from Gibraltar. ** Budget flights available via Easyjet,BMI baby,Jet2,Monarch and RYANAIR... **Car hire can be arranged through : carjet,holidayautos,hertz,rentacar etc. The AP7 Motorway very easily accessible from Malaga Airport to get to the property (direction will be provided).
