Gorgeous views across the valley to Chinley Churn. Comfortable kitchen come sitting area (two arm chairs). Perfect for two sharing, very cosy and relaxed. Folding leaf table with chairs can be used for meals and map exploring! 5 minutes walk from a village full of life and character; great places to eat out - pubs, cafes plus a village store, newsagents, butchers and post office. Suit walkers, site seeing, fell runners, bikers (secure storage facilties available, bikes left unattended at your own risk) or those who just want to escape. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Craigmore Cottage. The location and walks were great and the cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. Roll on our next holiday!

Had a lovely stay in Craigmore Cottage it was lovely and cosy! Very close to several pubs all dog friendly and most do lovely food! Fantastic walks on your doorstep with beautiful views! Would recommend this property!

Walking for all abilities - endless walks in the area especially lovely to the top of Kinder Scout and over to Edale. Village exploring. Hayfield is served by an excellent bus service from Stockport and surrounding area. The nearest Train Stations are New Mills, Chinley or Glossop. Pick up from local stations can easily be organised. We are a 45 minute drive from Manchester Airport. Phone in advance if you wish to discuss any transport details.
