Downtown area is about 7 mins away, one of the biggest mall with a very nice grocery store and good prices (it calls 'Plaza Mar 2') is 10 mins away, castle Santa Barbara, one of the most recognizable symbols of Alicante, is right behind the apartment building. You really cannot bit the location!
We provide:
- beach towels, beach umbrella;
- shower towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo&conditioner in the bathrooms;
- candles for romantic dinners in salon;
- olive oil, spices, vinegar, salt, sugar and everything you need for cooking;
- spaghetti and rice;
- coffee, cheese, bread, jam, milk for breakfasts (on arrival);
- baby and toddlers plates, spoons and cups;
-table and chairs on the roof (common area) to enjoy sunsets/sunrises (with a stunning view of the Castle and Postiguet Beach and the same time) (on demand).
Cleanliness is very important for when you stay somewhere, so we guarantee that you`ll find the apartment very clean,shiny and cozy.
Free street parking is available but may be limited in evenings, weekends and during holidays.

This is a private apartment in a residential building. Guests will be expected to conduct themselves in a mature manner. Families and children are welcome. Please, no guests under the age of 27. No parties (no bachelor or stag party groups), costumes, or events, & please no loud noise after 10pm and before 9am. Checkout time is at noon and check in at 1500 unless previously agreed for early check in/out.
NO smoking inside the apartment.
Brilliant location . There is everything you need in a apartment ..location just outside the beach .close to local shops and bars . Owner very nice guy . Highly recommended ... Only down hill is that there is no balcony but the rest brilliant ..

Tolles Appartament, dierekt am Strand.
Das Appartament ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, modern eingerichtet, verfügt über ales was zum täglichen Leben braucht. Vor allem die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das befindet sich in direkte Nähe zum Strand. Das Zentrum von Alicante ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Santa Barbara Schloss ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren 10 Tagen dort und ich kann dieses Appartament mit ruhigen Gewissen weiteremfehlen. Die Eigentümern sind ganz nette Leute, sie haben uns von Flughafen abgeholt und am Ende des Aufenthalts hingebracht . Sie standen uns ganze Zeit zur Seite, haben alle unsere Fragen gleich beantwortet.Vor allem bedanken wir uns Anna, die uns bei Unklarheiten geholfen hat!!! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefüllt, wir werden gerne nochmal kommen!

Little Sunny House
We stayed at Little Sunny House for six nights, and all I can say it was fantastic, the location was so central, and the owners made us so welcome, we would not hesitate to return.

Paradise
Located right on the beach and right below the castle. It's also really close to the historic downtown area as well as a large shopping mall. I had the most delightful time while staying here and I give it the highest of recommendations. While staying here I felt like a local and not like a tourist. I felt right at home.
