Het is geen goedkoop appartement. Maar de ligging is perfect en in zeer goede staat. Precies tussen de oude en nieuw gedeelte van Alicante
Op 300 m kom je in de straten terecht waar een heleboel restaurantjes en barretjes liggen, waar je overigens geen last van hebt. Als je van Alicante wilt genieten is dit zeker een aanrader.
Maar ook strandliefhebbers komen hier aan hun trekken. Op een kleine 10 minuten lopen zit je bij het strand. Helaas wel druk in het hoogseizoen. Wil je een rustig strand dan ligt er op 400 m de metro die je naar de stranden van Costa Blanca breng, die veel uitgestrekte en rustiger zijn
Totaal geen negatieve opmerkingen. We opletten dat er 2 appartementen op de 7 verdieping liggen en dat je de linker bel moet hebben.
Gewoon een Top accommodatie.
