Living- kitchenette overlooking the sea, sofa bed, flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for your comfort: micro, oven, induction, washer-dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker Nespreso, toaster, electric water heating. A very large bathroom with two sinks, shower, bidet, if they can be useful there are scales and hair dryers.
La estancia estuvo muy bien, Desislava es muy amable y nos facilitó las cosas y ayudó en todo lo que pudo, el apartamento es muy cómodo y espectacular.

Splendido soggiorno
Bellissimo appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, spazioso, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Sorge a due passi dalla spiaggia del Postiguet e a 15 minuti di passeggiata dal centro città . In ogni caso, le fermate del bus e del tram sono proprio sotto casa. La proprietaria, Desislava, è gentile e attenta. Ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo.

Fabulous apartment
Apartment beautiful well laid out central for everything....beach 2 minutes away...central Alicante 10 min walk....tram 5 mins away..
Perfect for long or short stay...would return here if back in Alicante

Great fully refurbished apartment 5 mins from beach
We have just returned from a great week in Alicante. Despite the rain we were able to explore The City and surrounding areas. It was so good to have a beautiful apartment to return to, which was well placed and immaculate. There has been no expense spared in its complete refurbishment which has been done to a very high standard. We were close to the bus stops and Marc tram station which was great for exploring up the coast. It took us approximately 20 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment, stopping at Marc bus stop. We were also literally 5 minutes from the beach and promenade.
Our host Desislava was very welcoming and showed us around the apartment and how things worked which was very helpful. She was also available at all times for any questions or queries should any pop up. We didn’t actually cook at home, making the most of the diverse range of restaurants on offer. Perhaps one down side was the road noise which is you had the window open would be quite loud. You could however close the windows and put the air conditioning on which enabled us to sleep soundly.
We would definitely return again to this apartment and would not hesitate in recommending it to others.
