Logement bien centré
De passage à Alicante, on a passé 4 jours dans ce bel appartement de Madame Marigel, bien équipé, propre, spacieux et bien placé, on a pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer que ce soit pour aller à la plage ou pour le centre ville, le seul inconvénient est la chaleur qui nous oblige à ouvrir les fenêtres et par conséquent le bruit de la rue nous empêche de bien dormir, sinon je le recommande vivement.

La cura dell'ospite
Siamo appena tornati dalla nostra vacanza ad Alicante e devo dire che siamo stati proprio soddisfatti.La casa è spaziosa ed accogliente.Non c'è aria condizionata ma le pale a soffitto e i ventilatori sono stati sufficienti.Se proprio devo trovare un difetto , non la consiglierei a chi fa fatica a dormire perché la strada su cui si affaccia l'appartamento è trafficata. Ma il pezzo forte sono i proprietari:Marigel e Alejandro sono stati più che ospitali.CI hanno accolto e aiutato con mille informazioni.Abbiamo avuti dei piccoli inconvenienti ma Loro ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno coccolato come se ci conoscessimo da una vita.FANTASTICI

Apartamento preparado con todo tipo de comodidades, como si fuera tu casa
Pocos apartamentos he visto tan bien equipados, limpios y bien comunicados como este. A escasos 10 minutos andando del centro, con todo tipo de comercios cerca para poder tener acceso a compras, ocio, etc. La amabilidad y disposición a ayudar y a orientar y de los dueños, es excepcional. El apartamento tiene de todo. Sin duda, si volvemos a Alicante, será a este apartamento, si tenemos la suerte de que esté disponible.

Could be Perfect...
Everything was what we wanted, but one thing was missing: air conditioning. In the summer, without air conditioning is a little uncomfortable.

Apartamento acogedor y bien equipado
Hemos pasado unos días en Alicante y alquilar este apartamento nos ha permitido conocer un Alicante alejado del turismo, un Alicante auténtico en un auténtico barrio. Lo que nos ha gustado mucho. Además, para ir a la playa hemos cogido el Tram (que está a 10 minutos) y nos hemos ido a San Juan. Otra bondad es que en ese barrio, el de las Carolinas hemos probado una de las mejores horchatas, la de Verdú. Marigel ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento pero sin agobiar. Repetiríamos.

A great little gem close to everything
We decided to rent an apartment this time because we wanted more freedom to chose what we wanted to do. The apartment was very well furnished and had lots of commodities that you would need: large fridge, washing machine, oven and cooker, pans and pots, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron board and iron. They also supplied dishwasher soap, towels, hair dryer and air con. We had a little veranda from the Master bedroom which was really nice to sit and just relax the end of the day. The flat is a 10 minute ride from the airport and there are lots of little shops, restaurants and a supermarket just across the road.

Vraiment, mais vraiment très bien
Le titre veut tout dire. Nous nous sommes retrouvés comme à la maison. Tout est prévu pour le confort de l'hôte, de la petite cuillère jusqu'à la connexion internet, en passant par la cuisine, le confort des chambres avec une literie irréprochable, la salle de bains nickel, et tout et tout ... les reproches ? nous n'en voyons pas vraiment, si ce n'est le bruit de la rue les soirs de week end, mais c'est ça qui permet de vivre avec les gens. Si nous retournons à Alicante, c'est là que nous nous poserons à nouveau !!!

Excelente ubicacion
Departamento muy confortable y cómodo, en un buen lugar, solo que no se ve el uso de aire acondicionado en gran parte de la zona, se ven muchas ventanas abiertas.
