Very nice, with very pleasant energy, spacious and bright apartment in the old part of the town and in the old, typical house. It is quiet and cool in the bedrooms, because their windows face the courtyard. Repairs done just in april. There is new furniture in the apartment. Before the house is a lovely small park .It offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with plenty of storage space. We has the climate control system.There are WiFi and spanish TV in the apartment. ATTENTION!! Fee for late (after 20 p.m) or early (before 10 a.m) check in is 15 Eur. Please, inform me about the time of your arrival advance, BEFORE YOUR BOOKING ! Great appartment

Lovely appartment overlooking leafy square. Close to tram stop for easy 10 minute hop to central Alicante. Very impressed by first visit to Alicante. Hope to go again soon

Nice Modern Flat in Alicante

Clean, modern flat, three bedrooms, WiFi and air con, reasonably priced. Located on the third floor up a flight of stairs but no lift so not ideal if you aren't too mobile! About 20 mins to walk to the beach with a regular bus route...More

Good value for money

Quite cozy rental with all amenities, with public transportation and shops nearby. Very friendly and helpful owners. Excellent value for money in high season!
