Stunning location / cleanness
The location of the apartment was excellent, it was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything you needed, just like at home! Large refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, air conditioning, always hot water, TV in every room, WI-FI, comfortable bed and a magnificent view from the window overlooking the sea! The location is very quiet and within walking distance to the center and shopping center, 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Matilda, the property manager, is very nice and friendly, she was always in touch and responded quickly to messages. I would really like to go back!

Great Apartment and fantastic location
Really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was clean and modern. Fantastic view from the lounge window. A beautiful bedroom and great wardrobes. The bathroom was good and the kitchen had everything in it we needed. A little gem in a great location

Beautiful fantastic place situated with great local access
Absolutely fantastic 100% the best place I have ever stayed in, the owners are fantastic and friendly with a helpfull attitude, the area has everything supermarkets bars bakers butchers also the small community locally are really nice if you are after nice holiday I guarantee this is the best, a sea view of beach a plaza below very modern apartment with air conditioning You will be amazed at the place great facilities 10 minutes walk into a beautiful city Also my mother is disabled in a wheelchair there is a lift to property its only on the first floor which is easily accessible so I definitely rate this apartment as special so go for it and have a wonderful holiday

Con mia moglie, abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante le nostre vacanze in Alicante. I proprietari sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili ad assecondare le nostre richieste di check-in e check-out. L'appartamento è molto bello, dotato di ottimi arredi ed elettrodomestici. Splendida vista sul mare. La distanza dalla spiaggia di Postiguet è davvero breve. Siamo stati molto bene e lo consigliamo.

Very enjoyable week
great location, and it was ideal for my wife and me - handy for the beach, the castle - and a cafe outside.. The owners were delightful, and very obliging. They did not have much English, but our "pigeon" Spanish was sufficient to communicate. I would go there again.

Apartamento muy bien situado y seminuevo.Muy buena ubicacion a pie de playa.
Soy un amante del Mar Mediterraneo, Es la segunda vez que viajo al aeropuerto de Alicante. Me hice una promesa, k es pasar por las mejores playas de este precioso Mar. En ciertas reservas de apartamentos al abrir la puerta de la nevera o un armario, se me caia en la cabeza… Esta vez no ha sido asi.El apartamento del Señor Xema y la Sra. Matilde es lo mejor en calidad precio k me encontre despues de 25 años vereando en esta preciosa Costa Mediterranea.Esta todo nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias Sr. Xema y Sra. Matilde por su amabilidad y el apartamento tan bueno y acogedor con tan buena ubicacion a pie de playa.

Excelentes vistas al mar, muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y del centro, apartamento bien equipado, muy limpio, muy luminoso y muy buena atención de los propietarios.

A room with a view
Perfect location. Clean and tidy apartment. Very close to the beach and local supermarkets. Short walk into town. Lovely owners. Would be happy to stay there again.

Séjour à Alicante
Très belle appartement ou on accède a la plage et au centre ville d Alicante a pieds Propre et confortable Au pied de l immeuble un café ou ils servent d excellents petits déjeuners a prix correct (compter 6€ par personne) Le propriétaire de l appartement est vraiment sympa et plein de bons conseils. Seule petit bémol... Le parc enfant a proximité qui peut occasionner certains soir des nuisances nocturnes jusqu'à 2h du matin... Pour le reste c est parfait!

Excelente apartamento!!
Apartamento com vista excelente, bem localizado, fácil acesso a praia, próximo ao centro da cidade, mercados pequenos ao lado, restaurante e sorveteria. Apartamento muito bem equipado, ótimo para crianças, pracinha em frente. Nossa família adoramos tirar uma semana de férias.
