Located in old town, five minutes far from the beach, 2 minutes far from Main City Market, 1 minute far from all the restaurants, bars, cinemas, etc...
Pedestrian area, peace and quiet, even being at city heart.
The house is full - equiped and is suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Price is based on 2 adults staying. Note for an extra adult there is an extra charge of 15,00 € per night. There is a baby bed, baby chair and baby bath.
There are no stairs in the house which makes it perfect for families with young children

So wunderbar inmitten der faszinierenden Altstadt gelegen, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf den ersten Aussichtspunkten auf dem sehenswerten Berg von Alicante, ebenso an der Hafenpromenade oder beim Einkaufen oder am Flughafenbus. Wir wollten es zentral, da wir auf kein Mietauto angewiesen sein wollten. Aber dazu noch so schön! Nette Lokale in Reichweite. Carolina ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit und wohnt in der Etage drüber als Ansprechpartnerin. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, schlicht, aber mit allem, was wir brauchten ausgestattet. Nein, das jetzige Sofa ist gemütlicher, mit Polstern an den Seiten... Wenn wir wieder nach Alicante reisen, dann kucken wir als erstes, ob hier frei ist.

Ideal location near city centre no more 5 minutes to tram and local centre .
15 minutes to beach
Carolina was very helpful and shown us the best route to the beach and local market
and shops .
Apartment was basic but adequate.

The location is great- a stones throw away from lots of great attractions- including bars, restaurants, the market, and art gallery.
The apartment is simple but had everything we needed- many thanks..

Lovely location in the old part.
Flat was perfect for me, self - catering.
Owner lives upstairs: very helpful, friendly and speaks English.
I would go again .

Ottima posizione, l'appartamento molto carino e curato, troverete qualsiasi cosa a vostra disposizione. La proprietaria molto gentile, posizione vicino al centro, vicino all'accesso per il castello di Santa Barbara, al supermercato e fermata del tram per accedere ad altre spiagge!!

L'appartamento non è grandissimo ma per tre persone è adeguato. La zona in cui si trova è perfetta per qualsiasi cosa, ed è possibile raggiungere la spiaggia in 10 minuti. Carolina è stata molto disponibile e se dovessi ritornare ad Alicante tornerei sicuramente qui.

locatore abbastanza gentile.
struttura molto lasciata andare con qualche manutenzione da eseguire.
posizione non pratica in quanto si trova in zona traffico limitato e non è possibile arrivarci con i mezzi sia privati che pubblici.
zona molto particolare e adatta a persone molto giovani.

Appartamento situato nella zona più bella e pittoresca della città . Comodissimo per neonati, dotato di tutti i comfort. Padrona di casa adorabile e città stupenda. Il massimo. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
