Prima gelegen, goed ingericht penthouse
Prima bedden in de drie slaapkamers, goed ingerichte keuken, zithoek en eethoek, twee. douches, royaal balcon met de zon vanaf de opgang tot ongeveer half vier in de middag(in februari), wasmachine en centrale verwarming.
Ligging: 100 meter van het haventje, 800 meter van de Explanada met legio restaurants, ongeveer 1500 meter van het strand, op 200 meter van supermarkt Mercadonna, twee vestigingen van El Corte Ingles binnen een kilometer, het station van de tram(tranvia) Alicante - Denia op 800 meter, de luchthaven Alicante-Elche op 8 km.

A wonderful stay
We had 6 weeks in the Penthouse and enjoyed every minute. It is very comfortable, the central heating is a real plus over most other properties and the position is just fine. Away from the real noisy parts of Alicante but within easy walking distance when you want a bit of liveliness. We really could not have wanted anything better and to have Jon at the end of a phone should we have any problems was reassuring. So, thank you Roberto for making your apartment available and for being so easy to contact.

Totally loved our stay in this beautiful penthouse apartment. It is spacious, beautifully clean and perfectly positioned in the city, within a short walk from the stunning marina, the lovely sandy beach, great restaurants and lots of shops close by. There are also several parks with coffee and snack bars snuggled beneath beautiful mature palm trees. My wife and I have four children ranging in ages from 18 down to 11. They were entertained all week and we ate at a different restaurant every night. The walk along the promenade, past the marina and down to the beach is just a pleasure I'm really going to miss. We visited several excellent museums, again, all within short walking distance. The castle is also a must see, and if you haven't guessed... Yep, it's only a short walk away. Roberto and Paola were perfect hosts and very helpful. I loved Alicante and Roberto and Paola's apartment was the perfect base to explore from. Thank you.

Absolutely fabulous apartment,everything you need,situated on a street near the centre of town & also ideal for walking the promenade & local cafes,bars & restaurants,
Roberto has done himself proud with this spacious rental apartment.My first visit to Alicante and highly recommend lots to see,eat & drink,just a short hop from Benidorm on the tram which we took and a visit to the castle is well worth taking the lift makes it easier than walking 👍🏻

Even better than it looks
We were really pleased with this apartment, I stayed for a week with my wife and two grown-up children and the rooms were perfect for us all and actually looked better than they do in the photographs. The outside space was really good to have and large enough for us all to spread out in the sunshine. There are restaurants nearby and the port, shopping and other attractions all within easy walking distance. We would certainly stay again.

Exceptional penthouse
This is a stunning penthouse apartment. There is lots of space, it is stylishly decorated yet very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are super cozy! The balcony is fantastic - really big, with beautiful sun in the morning and afternoon. The location is superb, within a very short walk of the marina, shops, bars and restaurants. It takes around 15 minutes to walk to the beach and it is a beautiful walk. There are several large supermarkets close by and a small convenience store almost opposite. Although we got a taxi from the airport on our arrival (c.20 euros), we walked the 5 minutes to a nearby bus stop to get a bus back on our return (c.4 euros and 15 minutes), very easy. Roberto was a total joy to deal with, responding quickly to my messages, messaging to check everything was okay during our stay, and his lovely friend who met us at the apartment was lovely and so very informative and helpful. Alicante is a great city, full of museums, galleries, great places to eat and drink, good shops and of course the sea! We only managed one trip to the beach, partly because we were kept busy in Alicante itself and partly because of the rain (in August, so unfair!). Altogether, a fabulous apartment with a great owner in a fabulous city. I plan to return!

Excellent!!
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l'appartement de Roberto! Tout y est: 3 belles chambres, 2 salles de bain, une cuisine ouverte, un salon avec un canapé d'angle super confortable, une terrasse d'au moins 30m2. Nous sommes partis en famille et nous avons eu tout le confort souhaité y compris pour les enfants: lit parapluie, barriere de lit, matelas, réhausseur, assiettes/couverts/verres, jeux.... un vrai bonheur! Concernant la situation géographique nous connaissons très bien alicante car originaires de la ville et l'appartement est idéalement situé (à quelques minutes à pieds du port, de l'esplanade, 15 minutes de la plage et à proximité d'aires de jeux, supermarchés, boucher, el corte ingles pour les shoppeurs....). Pour finir, pas besoin de taxi pour venir de l'aéroport, un bus est accessible tout prêt.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!!!!

Perfect Alicante base
The apartment was a perfect base to explore Alicante and the surrounding towns and beaches. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for us to be able to share dinners on the balcony with a view of the castle. There was no dedicated parking but our host connected us with a private parking space below the building for a small additional fee paid to the security personnel. 100% to be recommended.

Brilliant apartment, home from home.
This apartment was very spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. We have been to Alicante before and the location of this apartment meant you could enjoy the local area whilst being a lovely 15 minute walk along the pretty harbour to the beach. The supermarket, 5 minutes walk was excellent. We were met by the owners friend who was most welcoming when she showed us in to the apartment. The balcony was a wonderful place to spend time at any time of day. We had everything that we needed and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the City further from this location. We would not hesitate to book again.
