We only rent our property to families and mixed group of boys and girls. We do not rent to boy stag groups. Swimming pool can be used only between 7 am and 9 pm with proper swimming suit. Loud music should not be played a 10 am since our villa is part of a residential complex. Also, smoking is allowed outside the house and in the balconies.

The finest place to take a break from busy work schedules, feels like you are Home

Never felt we were at a strange place. We felt like we were home. Very welcoming and cozy to take a break and to have fun and to spend some quality time with family and friends. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Casa Susegado is a nice experience. The villa makes you feel totally at home. Very good interiors in a secured campus and a well maintained swimming pool right in front. Definitely a place I would like to recommend.
