The property is located just off the main Margoa Clova high way. Tranquil location, restaurants, supermarkets, beauty parlors, dentists, health spas, ayurvedic medical centers are just a short walk away. . The apartment is well maintained, we clean and change bed Lenin and towels once a week. Everything is provided for and any special requests can be accommodated. Power backup is provided in case of power outage. • Living area is spacious and comfortable. There an LED TV, DVD Player and Satellite connection with most major channels such as BBC, CNBC and sports channels, major live events are available. Coffee table and a sofa bed are also provided. The living room opens in to a large balcony overlooking the complex. • There are 2 bathrooms. Door opens to front balcony overlooking complex. • Bedroom 2 with two single beds. • Balconies with chairs. The swimming pool and the gymnasium are maintained daily and are very clean. • We follow a no pets no smoking policy however, if guests wish to smoke there is ample space in the balconies. • Idea 3 GB Internet dongle with Wifi provided ( 1GB data Free, guest can top up at their cost if required) • We clean the apartment, change the bed linen and towels once in two weeks • There are split unit a/c's in the hall and the main bedroom, NO a/c in the second bedroom • The gymnasium is not operational for the time being • No loud music/noises allowed

About the neighbourhood
The locality is very peaceful with a mix of locals and tourists (mostly long term ) living around. The walk from our apartment to the beach to very pleasant. Along the way you will find mostly green fields, our church and plenty street food stalls. Our apartment is ideally located. Beaches are close by, local market ( fresh fish, vegetables, meat) is just a few hundred meters walk. Supermarket, bakery, laundry, groceries, salons, spa/massage parlors , dentist, clinics, ayurvedic treatment center are just across the road. The main fish, vegetable, meat and poultry market and the bus stand is about 5 kms away. Most guests prefer to get their dental and full body checkups done here in Goa as the standard is good and its relatively cheap.
Getting around
Taxi's, tuk tuk's( three wheelers)and motor bikes (pillion riders) are readily available. Rental cars and motorbikes can be booked easely. Sharing taxi's frequent the main Colva to Margoa road ,Public buses are not very reliable. However, for long distance journeys public transport ( buses luxury and standard) operate regularly from the main bus stand in Margoa which is about 5 kms from the apartment
