This is a two bedroom elegantly furnished luxury apartment in a well know tourist holiday complex in Colva, around 2 kms from the famous Colva beach which is the pride of south Goa. Colva beach has lots of shacks with fresh seafood and many shops. The complex has 24 hour Security guards securing gated entry and allocated secure parking. Outdoor swimming pool, well-kept lawns and kids play area. Recreation area with Gym and games. Easy access to many restaurants, supermarkets, saloons and spas within walking distance. Second bedroom with air conditioning, 1 double and 1 single bed, with side Tables and wall to wall wardrobes. Memory foam mattresses and extra memory foam and soft pillows on all three beds. Fully equipped modular kitchen with fitted gas hob, chimney, an additional ergonomic elevated work area, electric oven, microwave, large double door fridge freezer, kettle, water filter system, washing machine, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware sets.
