This is a family apartment complex. Please be quiet in the hallways and be a good neighbor with the TV volume. Do not make unnecessary noises.
Basketball court and play ground available.
Its a gated community for this reason we need to give you the keys and the remote access control for the gate, or set up the lockbox for your convenience and the remote access control for the gate will be on the dining table. Check in between 3pm and 9pm, late check in only with lockbox. Its a deposit fee of $100 in case the keys or the remote control is lost.
Getting around
Next to the famous bakery 'La Borinquena', the best bread, pastries and breakfast! Close to Caguas Sport Complex, Jardin Botanico, Las Catalinas and Los Prados mall, Hospital HIMA and Menonita. Close to Aguas Buenas highway and Highway 52.
